April
About April
April comes from the Latin Aprilis, whose origin is uncertain; ancient writers linked it to aperire, to open, as of buds, while some modern scholars connect it to Aphrodite. It has 30 days in the Julian and Gregorian calendars. April Fools' Day and Easter often fall in it.
